About the Council
An institutional bridge between communities and nations.
GDPIC is a high-level international platform established to strengthen the role of diaspora communities in peacebuilding, responsible investment and sustainable development.
The Council brings together public institutions, diplomatic representatives, business leaders, peacebuilders, scholars, civil society organizations, women and young leaders. It provides a structured environment for dialogue, policy exchange, strategic partnership and community-centered initiatives.
GDPIC recognizes that the global diaspora carries knowledge, professional expertise, cultural understanding, innovation, influence and resources capable of advancing peaceful and prosperous societies.
Institutional Positioning: GDPIC operates under the umbrella of 1000 Shades of Women Foundation International and supports charitable, educational, peacebuilding and sustainable-development objectives.

Global Peace Ambassadorship
A mandate of service, dialogue and responsible representation.
The GDPIC Global Peace Ambassadorship Program identifies, prepares and recognizes principled individuals who demonstrate a sustained commitment to peacebuilding, humanitarian service, community development and international cooperation.
The appointment is founded on service before status and responsibility before recognition.
Role and Responsibilities
- Promote peace, dignity, inclusion and mutual understanding.
- Support intercultural and interfaith dialogue, reconciliation and conflict prevention.
- Advance the meaningful participation of women and young people in peacebuilding.
- Develop authorized partnerships supporting sustainable community impact.
- Represent GDPIC only at formally approved engagements and uphold its ethical standards.

Governance Clarification
The designation “GDPIC Global Peace Ambassador” is an honorary and service-based program title. It does not confer governmental diplomatic status, diplomatic immunity, consular authority, or authority to enter into contracts, collect funds, issue commitments or represent any government or nation. Representation of GDPIC requires prior written authorization.
